My favourite f/u/r/r/y/ fairy tale
| Panelists discuss their favourite fairy tales. Come revisit old classics and maybe discover one or two you didn't know about.
Animal companions: more than comic relief
| Animation studios like Disney, Dreamworks and others have often used animal companions as comic relief. Does it add to the story? Is this a good thing or the worse thing ever? Are there stories with animal companions that we can look up to?
Animals in Fairy tales
| Villain or hero, there's a long tradition of animals taking centre stage in traditional fairy tales. Have things changed since then? If yes, how?
Modern Fairy Tales
| There's been a trend in recent years to modernize fairy tales in film and television (Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Jack the Giant Slayer, etc). Do these retellings add to the stories? Can they be enjoyed if you don't know the source material? How many children will grow up thinking Red Riding Hood has always been a werewolf hunter?

Writing Contest Readings
| Come hear some of the stories from our conbook, as read by the authors themselves.
Writing/Illustrating webcomics
| How is it different from writing/illustrating for the printed page (comics or prose) and how is it the same? What are the pitfalls to avoid so you don't end up with a comic that gets updated only once a year?

Fuzzies, Hokas and other cute SF creations
| Some of the most celebrated SF writers came up with some of its cutest creatures: H. Beam Piper's Fuzzies (which recently got a reboot by John Scalzi) as well as Poul Anderson and Gordon R. Dickson's Hokas. They seem to avoid toxic levels of saccharine, or do they? Our panelists debate.

Book discussion: The Island of Dr. Moreau by H.G. Wells

Making It Big
| Like computer games, SF, and steampunk, furry is becoming more mainstream, is this a good thing? And what lessons can be learned from what other subcultures went through as they became part of mainstream culture?
The Future of Fandom
| Furries used to be a special interest group within SF fandom, but things have changed over the last few decades. Our panelists imagine what furrydom will be like 10, 20 even 50 years from now.
Conrunner's Meeting
| What kind of people are up at ten in the morning on the Sunday of a con? Conrunners of course! And one of the things they do (when not running cons) is exchanging ideas about how to make their events better.
Notes to panelists: yes, this will be held Sunday morning at ten.
Your Next Convention

| Can't wait until next year's WTF? Find out about other events and conventions you can attend in the meantime.
Notes for panelists: Each convention organizer is invited to present their event, followed by a quick Q&A from the audience. The exact amount of time for each presentation will depend on the number of conventions interested in participating.

Moving in your Fursuit
| A marsupilami tail would be great to wear, but may not be so nice if it gets caught in elevator doors. Giant paws may look great, but may be a problem going up and down stairs. What are the things to look out for when moving about in a fursuit? How can you make sure your fursuit won't prevent you from doing the things you want to do while you wear it, including playing hockey?
Coming up with characters/fursonnas
| What drives creation of characters and fursonnas? Appearance, backstories, things they share with the actual person, beliefs, etc.
Monotremes need love too!
| Why are canines and felines so popular? Is it because in real life they are an integral part of modern human society? What about other animal genera? Rodents, mustelids, marsupials and others make their case.
Weatherproofing your suit

Costume Emergency Repair Session
| Have a problem with your costume and the masquerade is only hours away? Come ask our panel of experts for tips and suggestions. A list of nearby stores that can provide last minute supplies will also be provided.
Notes to panelists: We are looking for people with experience in crafting all sorts of costumes who are willing to help fellow fans make repairs. This panel will be held Saturday mid-afternoon so there should be enough time to make minor repairs and even go our for supplies should this be needed. If no one has an actual emergency that needs to be dealt with, perhaps tips and tricks (such as what to include in an emergency repair kit) could be offered to audience members

| A discussion of methods and ideas to provide the best experience as an artist on commission.
Environmentalism and the modern furry

Fuzzy Notes
| Is there such a thing as furry music? If so what does it sound like? Does it have roots in the Pink Floyd song about Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving With a Pict? Come and find out!
